1. Pickup-Only Service

Please note that we do not provide home delivery services. All orders must be picked up at our location.

2. Order Placement and Pickup

2.2. When placing an order, you will be asked to select a pickup date and time slot.

2.3. Once your order is placed, you are responsible for picking up your order at the selected time.

4. Pickup Times

4.2. Please arrive at your chosen pickup time to ensure your biriyani is at its best quality.

5. Late Pickups

If you &apos re unable to pick up your order at the selected time, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the quality of orders that are picked up significantly later than the chosen time slot.

6. Order Identification

Please bring your order confirmation (either printed or on your mobile device) when you come to pick up your order. This helps us process your pickup quickly and efficiently.
