1.1. You may cancel your order at any time before the scheduled pickup time, subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:

• When an order is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

2.2. Refunds will be processed and distributed within 7 days of the cancellation of the order.

2.3. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

3.1. Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Failure to pick up the order during the chosen time slot.
• Dissatisfaction with the order after pickup, unless there is a verifiable quality issue.
